We supply free, individually signed certificates of attendance to all registered delegates. If you did not receive one because you paid at the door or registered within 24 hours of the event; or you need an additional or replacement copy then this is not a problem. We make a nominal charge of £10 for the service plus £1 for each further copy ordered at the same time and sent to the same address. To enable this, we show the price of certificates as £1 each, with a fixed delivery charge of £9).
To order a certificate complete the form below and press the ‘submit’ button to proceed to the payment screen. You can pay with confidence using Paypal or card. Alternatively you can make the request by letter, to the address in our contact page, enclosing a cheque for £10 made payable to ‘Calm Minds’. You need to supply the name you would like on the certificate, the approximate name and date of the event, and the address to which the certificate should be sent. When ordering on the website, the delivery address is entered at the payment stage. Note that ‘Event name’ and ‘Event date’ are mandatory field, but do not need to be precise. We use them to confirm your attendance at the event, and we take responsibility for the accuracy of the name of the event and the correctness of the date on the certificate. For example, if you attended Practicing Existential Psychotherapy: A workshop with Professor Ernesto Spinelli on 15th November 2013 it would be adequate to enter ‘Spinelli’ or ‘Existential Psychotherapy’ and an approximate date in November 2013.
